Green Acres: 18" Lampwork Glass Beads

Designed by Roslyn Tanner Evans in her Rockland studio, this handmade necklace set features three center artisan lampwork glass beads that are brimming with inspiration. Subtle colors of blues, greens and deep purple will have this necklace be worn over and over.  Each of the handblown glass beads is separated by a copper pewter disc while small copper spacers separate the green jade rounds and blue/green azurite chrysocolla rondelles that complete the sides of this necklace.

The semi-precious beads in this necklace have beneficial properties. Jade is a semi-precious stone that has great meaning in numerous cultures. It said to bless whatever it touches, serving mankind across the globe for nearly 6,000 years. Jade has been the most highly esteemed stone in China throughout recorded history, and was valued for its beauty and powers of healing and protection.  It is cherished as a protective talisman.

Chrysocolla is a communication stone; its tranquil turquoise blue color is believed to dispel negativity so that truth may surface. It is a stone of empowerment of feminine energy through gentleness and a stone of forgiveness.

Necklace closes with a copper toggle clasp at 18".

Included matching earrings fall about a 1" drop on niobium, a hypo allergenic material.
