This semi-precious necklace features brecciated jasper. All varieties of jasper are grounding protection stones, brecciated jasper increases vitality and rejuvenation, and promotes self-confidence and creative inspiration. Its rich coloration ranges from burgundy to maroon, to vermillion; it also contains hematite which causes dark veining.

The wonderful shapes of the large (1") and highly polished gemstones are mirrored in the chain link sections. They are composed of gold-plated brass and add a metallic element to the design. Interspersed are faceted crystals in vibrant vermillion and gold-plated metal beads.

The necklace closes at 20.5" with a gold-toned, lead-free pewter hook and eye clasp.

Striking matching earrings are included. They fall 1.5" from gold-filled ear wires.
